Return and Refund Policy

Replacement:

All products purchased from indiansketcherman.com are applicable for exchange.

Customers can exchange their order within 7days of the order delivery.

All exchanges must be in unused condition with all original tags and packaging intact.

To schedule an exchange please submit the form along with your order and exchange details.

Our team will arrange reverse pickup once we receive the details.

The Reverse Pick up facility is available on limited pin codes.

While exchanging the Products which are purchased, In case the Product requested for exchange are not available in stock the amount will be refunded to original payment method.

 

For sale product Rs.90/- will be charged for replacement.

For 999/- offer Rs.105/- will be charged for replacement.

Refund:

You can ask for a refund against any of your order within 7days of its date of delivery.

To raise a refund request, please submit the form along with your order and return details.

All refunds will be credited to original mode on payment within 48hrs after the product is received at our Warehouse.

Important Terms & Conditions for Returns:

  • Indian Sketcherman reserves the right to approve or reject a returns claim.
  • The returned items will only be accepted if they are received in the original condition along with its original packaging which may include shrink wrap, plastic cover, bubble wrap etc.
  • Actual colours of a product may vary from how they look on an electronic screen since each display settings are calibrated differently, hence return request on the basis of variation in colour will not be accepted.
